COMMITTEE DESCRIPTION YEARBOOK: MID AUGUST – END OF YEAR THIS CHAIR PHOTOGRAPHS AND EDITS PHOTOS AT ALL MUSIC EVENTS (FOOTBALL GAMES, EYS, CAROLING, TOP 21 EVENTS, ETC), AS WELL AS CREATES A YEARBOOK FOR ALL MUSIC STUDENTS. THEY WILL COLLECT AND ORGANIZE ORDERS AND PAYMENTS FOR THE YEARBOOK, AND COLLABORATE WITH OFFICERS, CHAIRS, DIRECTORS, AND VENDORS. NEEDS: VARIOUS THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR. CAMERA REQUIRED NOT PROVIDED.

SMUG MUG information:
This year, we will be using SmugMug to share photos from music events. These images were taken by our yearbook photographers or submitted by families to the yearbook chair. Access is free, but only students and families who request it will receive an invitation.
To get access, please complete this the Google form. Once submitted, you will receive an invitation from SmugMug with a link to the 2025–2026 Music Photo site. Please check all email folders, including Spam and Promotions, in case the invitation is filtered.
A few important notes:
-Photos cannot be purchased or shared directly to social media through SmugMug.
-Images are FREE to download in full resolution. To use them, you must first download them to your device.
-Not all photos will be available immediately; some may be reserved for the yearbook and added later, usually in June. If you need a specific photo sooner, please email yearbook@bpmusicboosters.com.
You are also welcome to submit your own photos for consideration in the yearbook or for sharing them using the same email address. For videos or larger collections, email me directly, and I will provide an upload link.
